No information on Nettracer

I recently enabled Nettracer functionality to a server. This server meets the requirements I show you below:

However, when I choose the Nettracer traffic option, it does not show any information:

What could be happening for this case?

ensure its configured on the host itself or on the environment based on the current setup.

You can stop and restart oneagent service and observe it again.
