DQL content field, where is the '\n' coming from?

I noticed this \n in my DQL result, know of where it is coming from / why it is there? My log ingest was just 'This is a log string' which is that the content shows when you expand the record but the content fields shows \n, why?

Update here, I thought I'd try updating the agent version. I was using 1.285 but just implemented the latest version of 1.291. Now the string content appears correctly without the '\n'.

In hindsight that should have been the first thing I tried, updating the agent since improvements are constantly being made.
