Service Request metrics using DQL

JB

Hi,

I´m getting different values on metrics migrated to DQL comparing with the classic using Data Explorer.

The metric in Data Explorer is this:

JB_0-1718380445665.png

And this is the metric migrated using Data Explorer:

JB_1-1718380604181.png

Using the same time frame I´m getting different values. Maybe someone has the same issue?

With Data Explorer:

With DQL

Regards,

Johanna

Hello @JB , thanks for your request.
Can you please re-run your queries by using the builtin:service.requestCount.server metric in the classic data explorer? Because this metric is what corresponds to the dt.service.request.count.
Also, can you make sure that you chose the exact same fixed time frame for your comparison?
The feature in general (Grail service metrics) is known to work and also the counts from classic to the new Grail metrics should match.
If you still see differences in the values after re-running your query as outlined above, I would kindly ask you to open a ticket, because then we would have to drill down into your environment to identify what causes the discrepancy (e.g. looking more closely into the filter expression).

Hi Christian,

Thanks for your response.. it was correct the difference was related to the timeframe, when i chose the exact time it was the same.

Thanks.
