Adding a clock to dashboards

Hello,

Is there a way to add clock to a a dashboard?

Basically we have some dashboards in our office that froze from time to time, and we want to add a clock to display the real time to be able to identify when the dashboard need to be refreshed (=when the clock is freezing as well)/

So if you have another solution for the issue I would appreciate that.
