Thank you for the solution. I am able to get the count. Can you suggest how to get it in data explorer, as I need to add it in a dashboard.

Hi Niharika,

Once you create the calculate service metric, you can find your new custom metric in Data Explorer, show the data in Data Explorer, and pin to Dashboard.
