British timezone in the Dashboard

Does the timezone GB (British Time) cover clock changes so any maintenance windows will automatically have the correct time?

Would the "GB (British Time)" time zone adjust when daylight savings changes the UK clocks between UCT and BST. Or would i have to change this when clocks change?
