Change background color in a Dashboard for a column with text

Hi

I am using a Table visual in a Dashboard where I can succesfully change the background colour for columns that are numerical by configuring thresholds

Is it possible to drive colour changes based on "text" values? see screenshot example - it would be for my "Status" columns in attached imaged

I cannot see a way of doing this? is it possible? any workarounds?

@AlanFoley You should be able to do that via thresholds, see below example

One limitation however is that there is one global setting for either highlighting the "Value" or the "Background" for all columns in the table - its basically a global "either" "or" setting  - it would be great is there was an option for each threshold column to be able to define either "Value" or "Background" highlighting - this would allow more flexibility
