I would like to highlight an important concern related to the migration of dashboards from the classic version to the new version based on Grail.
We currently have several dashboards built in the classic version, and we have noticed that all of them are no longer working correctly after the update to the new version. We understand that structural changes are expected in platform evolutions, however, this type of impact should be predicted, mapped and automatically handled by the tool itself during the migration process, avoiding the need for manual adjustments to each dashboard individually.
We would like to better understand how Dynatrace is handling this scenario. Is there any plan or solution being developed to mitigate this problem in an automated way? The expectation is that this type of transition will be transparent to the end user, especially considering the level of maturity and automation that Dynatrace proposes to offer.
