Does Dynatrace provide an option to build visualizations of the below type.

We see this in Analyze Availability section for browser monitors

 

I see only Line graph or bar chart option .Please help

No, that 'scatterplot' style chart is only in some of the built-in views. There's no way to make a custom chart like that. You can always post an idea/RFE to see if there is interest in this.
