Extract a List of All Dashboards

I am trying to find out if there is a built-in tool/capability to extract a list of all current dashboards in the managed env. If not then what 3rd party tool and/or API can I use to extract this as a report?

@p_devulapalli - I assume to do this, an 'admin' role is required? Could you do it as a 'Power User'?
