Glitch in Dynatrace

When in Data Explorer in Dynatrace Classic, I search for the Response Time of a particular API, in single value, Table and Pie, there it is showing no data available but the same API's data is available in Multidimensional Analysis as well as in the Graph and Stack format. Due to this reason, I am unable to plot data in the Dashboard Classic and when I try to plot the same data in the latest UI of Dynatrace for Single Value Tile, there it is showing Selected field is not available for Response Time and Request Count.

I want those things for third party APIs and metrics have been already created for that but still it is not showing any data.
