First IMO you need to explain to your self when and how you mark the services as OK , DOWN and what will be consider as a problem and then with this information you can create SLOs which can be added to dashboard and show your status.
One of the great things about how I use Dynatrace is that I don't look at dashboards much. When there is a problem, Davis alerts me. You can configure alerts to several channels, and you will be the first to know.
If you need dahsboards like in a Control Center, @Yosi_Neuman suggestion of SLOs is also one of the best ways to get what you are asking for.
