Is there any way to monitor AWS charges / bills from within Dynatrace?

As a title, I am looking for a way to have a custom dashboard with AWS charges incurred month to date and can't find anything like it in Dynatrace UI.

There is no specific screen for external metrics but Dynatrace offers a convenient REST API that allows you to define a custom device that can show any custom metrics. In this case, you could model the AWS console as a custom device and push the AWS billing timeseries from cloudwatch over to Dynatrace.
