New Datetime Selector for absolute datetime specification gets "Invalid format"

I'm using the "new" datetime selector and specifying absolute date time in what I believe it the correct format and getting "Invalid". Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Specified: 2020-07-15 1:30 to 2020-07-15 3:00

You just need to have 2 digits for the hour:

2020-07-15 01:30 to 2020-07-15 03:00
