I am trying to fetch spans in my environment , and got this error. What does it mean , can someone explain and help please?

Hi @Swabh , I'm also having this issue in my tennant, what customer success team told me about was that this "Trace query entitlement" should be available in the tennant Mid-March, so maybe you should ask yours or support because this is something about the tennant itself and not something you can change.

Log into Account Management go to Subscription -> Pricing -> Click on your current contract.
If you have some capabilities listed in "Get more out of Dynatrace" section then you will need to speak with your account manager to have your contract updated. As above we are in the same boat and our account manager is sorting a change in contract for us to enable these capabilities.
