@Arunkumarbnp No, users without permissions to the specific management zones cannot view the data on a dashboard that is filtered by those management zones.

@Arunkumarbnp It is possible by creating anonymous link and sharing the link with users in classic dashboard

@AbhiP yes.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Configure more → Manage access → Share dashboard → Anonymous access.
Then anyone with the link can access the dashboard without logging in.
