convert dynatrace appmon dashboard to dynatrace one

I have existing dashboards in Dynatrace AppMon. Can they be converted and used in Dynatrace One?

No, how things are organized and managed in Dynatrace and how metrics and information is stored and displayed is completely different from AppMon so there would be no way to automatically convert AppMon dashboards to Dynatrace.

Creating dashboards is very straightforward in Dynatrace so you should be able to create something that answers the same questions as any AppMon dashboard pretty quickly.
