how to dashboarding OS service problem split by host

hi, a customer asked me how he can create a dashboard to show hosts and color in red hosts that have a OS service with an open problem.

or open os service problem split by host 

is there a wat to achieve that ?

More over, 

When trying to filter hosts page by problem impact: impacted host is not appear and also when working with classic host page those OS service problems are not shown as problems, wonder if that is a bug or a feature 🤔
