Enabling Full Stack via API using the Management Zone

Is their a way to update a group of servers to full stack in mass using the host group or management zone?

Yes, there is, but afaik not in one call. Deep monitoring can be switched on only on the host level, thus you need to fetch the list of hosts for your management zone first (using Monitored entities API) and then use the Settings API or OneAgent on the Host API.
