x-dtreferer CORS Issue

Setting dpch=1 in dynatrace settings does solve this x-dtpc header cors issue, but we are getting another header named x-dtreferer causing this same cors issue now.

If this is a troubleshooting question, we may require additional information in reference to how things were set up, along with what the issue is. 

In addition, if you need to add information about your environment, you may want to consider opening up a Chat/Support ticket instead if this is directly affecting your environment.
