Hi,
Is it possible to access the Debug UI in Dynatrace Managed for the partners implementing the DT? This could significantly improve the quality of the analysis which will result in fewer errors being reported to support.
PS:
There used to be an unofficial keyboard shortcut for AppMon that fired up the diagnostic menu.

Always worth a try:) I have seen in the Debug UI that it is activated for special users, so maybe it is possible to make it active for a specific account - on specific environments and with the help of support, of course.
