Extension is not ingesting any data.

Hi,

I have Python and ActiveGate at the latest versions, and still my SAP ABAP & GUI extension has stopped ingesting data. Can anyone please help me understand what should be checked to determine what caused this? I’m not even seeing any error dump either.

Do you have a service account on SAP,  may be worth checking that it isn't disabled.

Yes our account is running fine. Actually we encountered DDU exhaustion issue, which impacted the ingestion.
