I'm not sure if the attached log file is from /oneagentmob_UAT/log/server, as the error suggests.
But this looks like something to look at:

Can you check the output of systemctl status dynatrace-server.service and journalctl -xe?
Those might have more details about why dynatrace-server is failing to start.
