How can I predict an approximate maximum weight of the .tar backup file?

I need to set a backup scheduler and I need to know how much can the .tar weight, so I can make a SCP to another host.

Backup size is estimated as (1.05 * metric repository) + (2 * Elasticsearch store)

When you say metric repository, what do you mean? Where do I have to look for that value inside my CMC/tenant?

On the home Dashboard of the CMC open any Node, there you get the Storage values:
