I need clarification on: which component must be auto-updated periodically?

Which component must be auto-updated periodically is it Dynatrace Managed Cluster or Dynatrace OneAgent, or the host it self that's monitored by OneAgent? 

I think it's OneAgent component which must be auto updated periodically even for Managed and SaaS.

Hi @Peter_Youssef ,

at best you should keep all your components up-to-date. The most critical are updates to Dynatrace Managed cluster - as we support only 3 months (or 4 months back in Premium). See details:

Also for Dynatrace Managed cluster - you can't skip updates and you have to update incrementally - from 1.230 to 1.132, then 1.234, 1.236 ... and so on. 

For OneAgent and ActiveGate you can skip updates.  Hope this helps.
