I remember I read that SaaS is upgraded every 2 weeks while Managed is every 4 weeks.
But I look at the email I received that mentioned about Planned Cluster Upgrade from notifications-noreply@dynatrace-managed.com, it actually varies.
Is that what other community members experienced as well? If yes, just wondering is there any way we can make it more....'punctual' or consistently predictable? (i.e every planned cluster upgrade are 4 weeks apart, instead of sometimes 2 week sometimes 6 week)

It's not exactly four weeks, as you can see from the Release Notes below. Also, some periods of the year have other slight variations:

On top of @anton reply - Dynatrace Managed is released every 4 weeks, but the roll-out to all out customers will vary and takes usually ~7 days, additionally. We want to make sure we deliver to you the best quality of the update package, that's why we stage updates.
