Hello Dynatrace Community,
I'm working with a customer who is experiencing issues visualizing certain tiles on their Dynatrace Managed dashboards. After investigating, I found that the data for these tiles originates from calculated service metrics.
Here’s what I’ve observed:
MDA Preview: When previewing the matched requests in the MDA, data is present. However, two warnings appear:
It's worth noting that the metric was originally created using merged services some time ago.
Data Explorer & Dashboard Tiles: Neither the Data Explorer nor the dashboard tiles are displaying any data.
I’m trying to understand what might be causing this. Could this be related to a recent update that restricts data retrieval from metrics created with merged services? Or is there a recommended alternative approach to access this data?
Additional Note: I’ve already attempted to create a new metric using the Split By mode in the MDA, but unfortunately, that didn’t resolve the issue.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
