Hi,

I think tittle explain everything already but do we need Cluster AG to send RUM agentless information to Dynatrace Managed?

Thank you!

Best regards

I checked this with an instrumented NGINX instance a long time ago.

It seems to work, but fortunately, the customer decided to install cluster AG   instead

You can channel that through some existing endpoint, but a Cluster AG is recommended.
I checked in the Community and couldn't find a post that exemplifies it, but this might give you some inspiration:

There are two parts - beacons AFAIK can be sent using basically any destination (instrumented supported webserver or cluster ag), however, Cluster AG is typically the best architectural fit. You can choose it in the settings for the web app:

Injection of JS code requires the Cluster Activegate or CDN configured (basically URL where your JS is reachable) unless you choose the full code snippet.

I'd not recommend any production usage of Agentless RUM without Cluster AG properly configured unless you really know what you are doing.
