Does the Mandatory SAML Certificate Migration affect Managed Environments?

I am trying to Migrate a Customer but I am not seeing the Steps in the documentation being relevant to SAAS.

Is there anyone who has Migrated the SAML Certificate foa Managed Customer especially using Azure AD, Please share the Procedure.

I cannot find Step number 2 in a Managed Account
