Hello all,
So to keep it simple:
When you look at the Service (details) you look at all transactions on disk including muted requests.
(and you can check the list of muted requests 🙂
The rest of Dynatrace uses the stored "unmuted" metrics.
And please be aware you can not mute in the past!!

In general, Henk, as a rule, you can not make changes to the configuration that applies to the past 🙂
