Semicolon URL encoding

Has anyone ever had issues with Microsoft Outlook/Word replacing the semicolon of hypertext links with these characters %3b ?

The links to Dynatrace managed nodes often contains a semicolon and when I click on the link from either Outlook or Word, the link is broken.

I'm not sure of how to approach this problem.... Any idea?

Interesting, what version of outlook/word are you using? In outlook for me it does not replace the semicolon, It might be an issue at the Microsoft Suite level.
