Unable to access chat in Managed

Hello,

We are not able to access chat option as we use two different url to access one is FQDN and other one is IP.

we have configured the public endpoint for Dynatrace as FQDN so when we try to access the chat with IP it's asking us to change the URL.  So, is there a way we can resolve this as we can't access the FQDN from our system as we have some firewall rule?

We are on Managed instance.

Thanks, I looked at the post and that is what we are looking for, but I am not finding any documentation in dynatrace for the API method to add addition endpoints. If you could help me getting which API endpoint which i need to use from cluster API V1 that will be helpful.

We don't have Managed so won't see those APIs.
