We are unable to login into the Dynatrace cluster using our LDAP credentials. We could able to successfully add the groups and users using the external ldap configuration . Can you also please answer the below questions
1. Our LDAP only has view access,does that mean we need to login in dynatrace cluster or can directly login into the monitored environment
2. What would be the LDAP @username . Will it be our employee id or email address?
If I'm understanding correctly, you say that you were able to successfully configure LDAP on your Dynatrace cluster? So in the cluster do you see a successful connection upon testing? (shown in the screenshot)
You would then login to the Dynatrace Cluster with your employee ID that is configured in LDAP.
