I have created calculated service metrics on the UAT environment over managed Dynatrace, and it worked as expected. However, when I created the same calculated metric in production managed Dynatrace, I am not getting the data.
However, if I expand the timeframe beyond 72 hrs or so, I am getting the data for custom created metric.
Note: we have separate Dynatrace tool URLs for production and non-production environment.
Please could you help me?

Hi, are datapoints always shown with an exact timeshift with respect to the actual timestamp in which they are sent?
If the data existed previously in Prod, then I recommend checking out what entity in which the calculated service metric is running off of and validate if its even up and running. Typically this happens when the source of the calculated metric is no longer monitored or turned off.
