Hi, I'm looking at instrumentation of MS Dynamics CRM via Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed) but can't seem to find much details on it in terms of supportability. Has anyone tested that with Dynatrace so far and/or have any experience with it?
We do have MS Dynamics CRM instrumented with App Mon 6.5 and it worked well with some custom sensors. Not 100% sure how it will be like in Dynatrace since there's no custom sensor configuration options aside from custom service settings in Dynatrace.
Any update on that question ? or anyone know anything about monitoring CCA (Customer Care Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM) with dynatrace?
