Team,
Please make sure you pay attention to this page: End-of-life announcements.
Reminder: Keep your Dynatrace agents updated! EOL versions will eventually be blocked from the platform. It’s a necessary move to phase out legacy versions, so please check your support status today.
If you are running any of the OneAgent versions listed below, upgrade to a supported version before the EOL date to ensure uninterrupted monitoring.

Good to know, this changed recently. We still have customers running hosts with OA 1.269 (RHEL 5, Windows 2008). I already knew about EOL 1.241 and below, but 1.299 is a new one for me.

I only noticed this today! One thing is EOS, another is EOL! Is Dynatrace shooting itself in the foot? The amount of systems that will not be supported is astonishing!

Hi @AntonioSousa ,
Isn't it standard OnAgent support less than 12 months?

@MartinKulov ,
There are two different things:
EoL means it won't work any more: Latest date when Dynatrace disables, removes, or blocks the component, ending its useful operation.

I got that, thanks.
Just wondering what is the EoL per Dynatrace policy? Any ideas?
Two years seems like a good enough timeframe.
You have environments that span longer not being updated?

Yes, my clients have LOT's of systems that won't be supported by 1.301.
And that's not even the biggest point: Six months ago, agents with more than 7 years would still work. In six months, Dynatrace will effectively be reducing EOL to 2 years. From more than 7 years, it's going down to 2 years!
