UFO not connecting:
If you are looking to set up a Dynatrace UFO, but are having issues connecting it to your Managed/SaaS instance.
Solution:
Please make sure you update the firmware on the UFO. Once you connect to the UFO's wifi signal, target the IP URL, then scroll down to firmware and update the firmware. Takes about 3 mins.
The latest firmware will allow you to complete the connection. This issue resides at the token level. The UFO I received had an older firmware version that was looking for the V1 of Access token key style. The newer V2 tokens are a much longer strings, you will still need to leverage the V1 Scope of Access problem and event feed, metrics, and topology.
