I've noticed that over the past few days, my SAP GUI and ABAP monitoring-based custom application is not fetching any data. Could you please help me understand the possible reasons behind this issue?

It can be several things. Support would have to look at the log files on the ActiveGate to investigate the root cause. Please open a support case.
