Nope, plugins work completely differently between the two products. The most important difference being AppMon plugins are written in Java and Dynatrace plugins are written in Python. I don't believe there's any special metrics for Oracle at the moment, they will be monitored via the outgoing calls from other processes/hosts as a service. Of course you can still have the standard infrastructure monitoring that comes with OneAgent though.
