Configure Activegate priority inside an AG group for running extensions

Theodore_x86

Hello.

Quite simply, we want to run a remote extension from an activegate. However we have a second activegate hosted on  another DC for failover incident (if activegate dies for some reason)

It is preferable for traffic/network reasons, to instruct the activegate of the same DC to be used first and if not available to try the second one.

Can we do this somehow?

Hi,

You create an ActiveGroup and extension will run in one or another, you do not have any option to configure any master/slave or preference.
