DB service is not detected

Dear Community, I am facing an issue of db service detection.  The db service is not getting detected.

I added db extension which is healthy. Also, I added one-agent on the db host but still the service is being not detected.

But there is something the extension logs, Is this coz of this??

DB Services are created from the OneAgent in the calling Application Processes.

The 3 Processes shown. Do they have OneAgent running in Full-Stack? As this is required so the Agent in the calling Processes can inject into the Connection to the DB.

yes they have, the calling process host is the same and i mentioned in the screenshot and the other one is other DB node.  One-agent is running in full-stack mode on both of these hosts.

Which database framework is being used? Check Dynatrace matrix to be sure it is supported.
