DDU usage details for extension V2 consumption

DDU overview page doesn't have the details on the consumption by device for palo alto, and generic cisco devices using snmp monitoring. This just shows one line for all with the "Not related to a monitored entity" description.

Thanks @Bill_Demsky for raising that.

@robert_schausbe is working on a coherent DDU consumption reporting across whole Dynatrace platform, which will also help us in Extensibility to report in more details, about DDU consumption by specific extensions.
