Disabling "Synthetic monitor Ports" problem generation

There seems to be no way of deactivating problem generation when using the Dynatrace "Synthetic monitor Ports" extension. At the time, I'm using a very big "Failure count" value...

Can someone confirm this is the case?

That is correct. The source code is on https://github.com/Dynatrace/dynatrace-api/blob/master/third-party-synthetic/active-gate-extensions/...though, so feel free to fork it and remove the alerting.
