Dynatrace full stack monitoring for Oracle Hyperion suite

Dear Members,

is anyone using Dynatrace Full Stack Monitoring for Oracle Hyperion suite? I am seeing some issues by Dynatrace which is affecting Hyperion Workspace launch not happening.

There have been a couple of Java scripts errors seen during that time when users were trying to login: "application.js" file was the source and error message: "this.getDocument(...) is null"

Did you tried disabling RUM? You can do that on Process group Edit page or disable rum in default application. This may be issue if you have custom path for your application (dynatrace is trying to place it's tag by default on root path).

Disabling RUM or disabling Full Stack Monitoring Mode - both are same interms of profiling the user sessions or not ?

I haven't disabled RUM instead running agent in Infra Mode only.

Disabling RUM will disable collecting of user sessions but you will see Purepaths (server side monitoring). If this will work, you will need to reconfigure RUM configuration because of reasons I've mentioned before.

The safest place is to disable RUM at the process group level for the processes of Oracle Hyperion.
