Dynatrace integration with Greenplum and availability of Oracle plugin to suggest query optimization

Hi Team,

I have been asked below question by customer. Could you please help me with the clarification on the below questions?

• Is there Oracle plugin available to suggest query optimization?
• Does dynatrace integrate with Greenplum and postgres?
• There is a ServiceNow integration with Dynatrace, as part of that, is there ServiceNow dashboard WITHIN Dyatrace that is available to use?

Hey Srinivas,

1. we support multiple oracle technologies. Can you please tell me what is the oracle (DB, CRM etc..) solution area you are looking for?

2. Dynatrace does provide an integration into PostgreSQL out of the box: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/technology-support/dynatrace-extensions/supported-out-of-the-.... Greenplum is not on our radar yet, but we would appreciate if you could elaborate on your use case a little bit and maybe submit a product idea for us to evaluate.

3. We do cover 3 areas/use cases for our service now integration:

a. Incident Integration

b. CMDB Integration

c. Events Integration

The same question would apply here, what type of dashboard are you looking for OOTB for this integration?
