Endpoints in Datapowers

Does Dynatrace Datapower extension monitor https endpoints? Is there a way to see what the Datapowers outgoing connections are?

Yes, it's possible to monitor https endpoints using Datapower extension. Here it's an example:

And once the endopoint is monitored you can watch the outgoing connections:

Kindly follow the attached configuration steps as per Dynatrace hub:

IBM Datapower monitoring & observability | Dynatrace Hub

It should work as expected and achieve the desired monitoring purpose.

Make sure deployed Activegates are able to reach the IBM endpoints.

• ActiveGate with the Extensions 2.0 module enabled.
• IBM Datapower appliance with the XML Management Interface enabled.
• User with access permissions to the XML Management Interface.
