Failed to assign monitoring configuration to ActiveGate. Reason: Unable to download extension custom:iam-ad-status-check(0.0.1) - not enough storage space. any fix or recommendations?

@Eyad Error says " not enough storage space" , is there enough space to download the extension?

This is what i have. i know some of them %100 used. but what would be a solution?

Hi,
Those directories should not be in relation to extension. You can check ActiveGate directories:
Do you have issues in those?

I had the same problem and on the disk 25G free space. The only thing that helped:
- uninstall gateway
- rm -rf /opt/dynatrace
- rm -rf /var/lib/dynatrace
- install gateway

If there is enough space in AG folders, I would suggest uninstall AG, folder cleanup, install AG. Maybe some old folders has bad ownership/permissions.

I had the same issue, and removing the cache folder in the activegate solved the problem. For me it happened after approx 50 iterations on the same extension. Despite the fact that i removed old extension versions in the tenant every time, the cache still had all old versions.

/var/lib/dynatrace/remotepluginmodule/agent/runtime/extensions/cache/custom_myextension
