Fortinet Fortigate extension - missing information

Hello everyone,

The fortigate extension was configured and everything is OK. However, it does not display information. Attached images for more information:

What could be missing?

The logs should have more information. If there are handled exceptions (e.g. authorization etc...) you can see an OK state but no data.

Your best option will be working with support so they can help review the logs.

Hi @soportetr 

1. ensure extension execution controller is enabled properly on the monitoring tenant.
2. wait few minutes.
3. if you have the UN, PW remove the old configurations.
4. add new configurations.
5. if you're using access token, don't use UN and PW.
6. if you're using https > enable https.

@soportetr ensure you're not selecting a specific management zone where the FortiGate entities aren't listed and configured under the management zone rules
