Generic Cisco Device shows error

Hi,
I am having trouble configuring my Cisco devices using the extension. The error in the config page takes me to the logs and events where I get this error:

"Query failed err=read udp" followed by a bunch of IPs and timeout args. The status code shows 38. 

What could be the issue for this?

Are you able to poll the device from the ActiveGate?

Yes, same issue for me  but on a different extension IDRAC and when we check the snmpwalk command everything is working fine. but still same errors.                                                                                                                                             Query failed err=read udp *******************:161: i/o timeout: Agent(*******😞 GetBulk timout args: .1.3.6.1.4.1.674********** : request timeout (after 3 retries) [status code=38]

Ok. I had an issue with large SNMP answer and network packet size (MTU). I had to define a Max. repetitions to avoid timeout:
