Hello,
I configured an extension for IBM MQ, filled in the endpoint information correctly, the connection status is ok, but Dynatrace is unable to view any data.
Info:
Version MQ = 9.1
Permissions:
+connect, +inquire, +display: QUEUE MANAGER
+display, +inquire: QUEUES, NAMELISTS
+display: CHANNELS, LISTENERS
+change: QUEUES (If retrieving enqueue/dequeue counts)
+inquire, +put: SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE
+display, +get: SYSTEM.DEFAULT.MODEL.QUEUE
Does anyone know what can it be?

The permissions seems ok, I suggest you to do a step by step check of this https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/ibm_mq#extension-installation- after that, please check the certificates, is crucial https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/ibm_mq#ca-signed-certificates-

The solution was to install a new version of the file (custom.remote.python.ibmmqpcf.zip).
